Hannibal Regional has partnered with Culver-Stockton College to offer an innovative pathway for new and advancing nurses to grow their skills and further their education. This partnership provides direct tuition support for nursing-specific courses through an educational assistance program.- Over 800 hours of hands-on experience including: - Clinicals - Skills labs - Simulations - Observations
- Direct partnership with Hannibal Regional for clinical experiences
- Pathway to employment at Hannibal Regional upon graduation
Program Features
- Must be accepted into Culver-Stockton College's School of Nursing Program
- Must obtain grades of "C", passing, or better in all courses
- Must demonstrate skill, aptitude, and adherence to HRHS employment standards
- Must obtain appropriate licensure within 6 months of graduation
- Must fulfill employment term as outlined in agreement
- Upon degree completion, must obtain a benefit eligible bedside nursing position at Hannibal Regional
Eligibility Requirements
- Payment Method: Hannibal Regional makes payments directly to Culver-Stockton College to cover tuition for Nursing-Specific Courses
- Program Requirement: Must agree to terms of the HRHS educational assistance program
- Employment Outcome: Upon completion of degree, obtain a benefit eligible bedside nursing position at Hannibal Regional
