Cullum Foundation Grant The Cullum Foundation was established under the Last Will and Testament of Henry C. Cullum, a resident of Richmond County, Georgia, who died in 1962. Additional funds were added in 1975 upon the death of his wife, Natalie M. Cullum, pursuant to her Last Will and Testament. The Cullums had a retail store with locations in Georgia and South Carolina. Mission To help alleviate suffering or want and support programs or services assisting the education of young people, the support and maintenance of churches, and the improvement or relief from disease of needy persons.
