CSHF Grantmaking Program: Summer/Fall

The CSHF Grantmaking Program for Summer/Fall invites proposals focused on food, physical activity, and affordable housing initiatives. Interested applicants must consult with Colorado Springs Health Foundation staff before submitting applications. This program supports general operating, project, and capital grants, aiming to foster impactful community health improvements, particularly for underserved populations. Proposals demonstrating a strong alignment with funding priorities and evidence-based approaches will be prioritized.

NOTE: If you are interested in applying for funding, you must speak with Colorado Springs Health Foundation staff about your proposal before submitting an application. Opportunity Description
CSHF seeks applications that focus on the following focus areas:
FoodPhysical activityTransitional or affordable housing. This includes home improvement, weatherization and energy efficiency efforts to maintain affordable housing as well as efforts to connect people in need with transitional or permanent affordable housing, e.g. case management, resource coordination, navigation, and support.NOTE: Emergency shelter and emergency rent/mortgage requests will not be considered
