Crisis Intervention Fund

Purpose: To provide financial assistance to persons with kidney disease who are on dialysis or who have had a kidney transplant and reside in the state of Louisiana.

Geographic Scope: Louisiana only

Program Type: One-time emergency grant

Persons with a kidney transplant
Reside in Louisiana
Experiencing an unexpected monthly expense due to a crisis
