Create Healthy Grants

Geographic Scope: Gillespie County, Blanco County, Llano County, Mason County, and the town of Comfort, TX

Focus Areas:

• Healthy Living
• Health Education
• Food Security

Create Healthy provides grants and other donations to area non-profit organizations to support their work in behavioral health, early childhood development, healthy living, food security, and health education. Applications are accepted year-round with quarterly funding decisions.

Grant Criteria

Recipients must:

• Be a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization or public entity
• The project must support mental health, childcare and early childhood education, healthy living, food security, or health education
• Recipients must serve residents of Gillespie, Blanco, Llano, or Mason Counties, or Comfort
• Note: Contact grants@createhealthy.org if proposed request is less than $25,000

Funding Decision Timeline

• Quarterly funding decisions
• Applications submitted by January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1 will be considered in that quarter

Submission Requirements:

1. Complete grant application
2. Submit via email to Grants@CreateHealthy.org

Pre-Submission:

• For requests less than $25,000, contact grants@createhealthy.org before submitting application

Timeline:

• Applications accepted year-round
• Funding decisions made quarterly
• Submit by quarterly deadlines: January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1
• Your application will be considered in that quarter's funding cycle
