- Required: Must have a CPR/AED trainer on staff to facilitate training
Eligibility
- Signed liability waiver required before borrowing equipment
- Copy of identification of person picking up equipment
- Proof of CPR/AED trainer certification

How to Get Started
1. Book the week you would like to borrow equipment
2. Sign the liability waiver and agree to borrowing terms
3. Pick up the kit
4. Use the kit to train your group in lifesaving CPR and AED skills
- Signed liability waiver (Lending Library Liability Waiver)
- Copy of identification of person picking up equipment
- Proof of CPR/AED trainer certification
