Court Records: Maryland Electronic Courts (MDEC)
MDEC is a Judiciary-wide case management system. Pursuant to Maryland Rule 20-106, electronic-filing (e-filing) by attorneys is mandatory in all courts throughout the state. Self-represented litigants are not required to e-file. However, if a self-represented litigant files electronically, all subsequent filings must be filed electronically.
