Overview: The KBE Foundation awards scholarships to graduating students from Connecticut Technical High Schools and other Connecticut students pursuing careers in the construction industry.

  • Background: The KBE Foundation is a non-profit public charity under IRC sections 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(1). The scholarship program launched in 2015. As of 2024, the Foundation has awarded $150,000 to 137 students. The program aims to address the critical shortage of construction workers in Connecticut and nationally.
