Overview:
The Constellations Fellowship is a virtual professional development program that connects college students and recent graduates with career opportunities in climate organizations. The program fosters the next generation of climate leaders by providing hands-on experience, professional development, and connections within a global network.

Program Structure:

Type: Virtual internship/fellowship program

Duration: 12-14 weeks per cohort

Frequency: Three cohorts annually (spring, summer, and fall)

Participants: College students and recent graduates

Eligibility:

Participants: College students and recent graduates who have demonstrated commitment to climate action

Organizations: Available to Keeling Curve Prize winners and finalists

Example Organization: Educated Choices Program hosted 17 fellows across 6 semesters (2022-present), working in communications, environmental engagement, education, development, and research

Funding enables increased fellow compensation

Goal: Increase program accessibility for youth from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds
