Constellations Fellowship

Overview:
The Constellations Fellowship is a virtual professional development program that connects college students and recent graduates with career opportunities in climate organizations. The program fosters the next generation of climate leaders by providing hands-on experience, professional development, and connections within a global network.

Program Structure:

• Type: Virtual internship/fellowship program
• Duration: 12-14 weeks per cohort
• Frequency: Three cohorts annually (spring, summer, and fall)

For Fellows (Students/Recent Graduates):
