• Financial assistance to attend the National Scleroderma Conference
• Also covers Kids Get Scleroderma, Too! conference

Eligibility:

• Individuals living with scleroderma
• Those in need of financial assistance to attend the conference
• Priority: First-time attendees (but all are welcome to apply)

Purpose:

• Enable patients to access expert information
• Provide access to the Foundation's signature National Scleroderma Conference
• Support community engagement and peer connection

Application Process

Step 1: Obtain Application Form

• Download the Conference Scholarship application form from scleroderma.org/apply-for-a-conference-scholarship

Step 2: Complete Application

• Follow detailed instructions included in the scholarship application
• Provide information about financial need
• First-time attendees should note their status

Step 3: Submit Application

• Email completed form to the Foundation
• Specific submission email address found on application form

Timeline:

• Deadline: March 31 (for 2023 conference cycle - verify annual deadline)
• Applications encouraged to be submitted early
