Mission: To identify the areas of greatest interest and opportunity in Faribault, then gather and invest philanthropic donations from individuals, families, and businesses, to support what is good for the community.

• Up to $1,000 per grant
• Funded by the Community Opportunity Fund

Eligibility

• Open to nonprofit organizations and community groups in Faribault

Priority Focus Areas

Preference given to projects that:
• Improve existing programs within an organization
• Create a new initiative to enhance an organization
• Engage multiple partners

Selection Criteria

Grants awarded based on:
• Impact to the organization and community
• Demonstrated need
• Alignment with the mission of the Faribault Foundation

• Applications Open: April 1, 2025
• Application Deadline: May 12, 2025
• Award Determination: May 2025
• Grant Distribution: June 2025
