Community Impact- Heritage Fund The Heritage Fund is a field of interest fund that was established by the City of Lindsborg to support the work of the local community in enhancing, strengthening and promoting the heritage of the Smoky Valley area. From this endowed fund, the Foundation Board annually determines and designates the available funding in the form of charitable grants. Successful applications are those that enhance, strengthen or promote the heritage of the Smoky Valley. All non-profit organizations are encouraged to apply as well as groups and individuals working on a charitable community project. For-profit organizations will not be considered unless the request is for a charitable project.
