    Application Process

    1. Submit Request Letter to Stephanie Allen via email at sallen@unitedwaymatsu.org

    2. Format Requirements:
    - Three page maximum
    - Describe the project/program
    - Explain the difference it makes in the community
    - Detail how the funding will be used to support the project/program

    3. Funding Period: FY 21 (July 1 - June 30) or as specified in current grant cycle
