Community Impact Grants

Geographic Scope: Washington County and neighboring communities in Ohio

Overview:
Community Impact Grants support nonprofit organizations and community projects that strengthen Washington County. The Foundation awards grants to fuel projects that make the community stronger, more connected, and full of opportunity.

Recent Awards (Fall 2025):
The Foundation awarded over $135,000 through its Fall Grant Cycle to organizations including:

• Appalachian Ohio Manufacturers Coalition – $10,000 (M.A.D.E. to Make program)
• Artsbridge – $6,270 (Arts Connection program)
• Boys & Girls Club of Washington County – $8,000
• Building Bridges to Careers – $8,500
• Caring Connection – $10,000 (vehicle repair assistance)
• Habitat for Humanity – $10,000 (House #118 in Beverly)
• UnPuzzled Parents Connect – $5,500
• Village of Matamoras – $18,000 (Community Pool repairs)
• Washington County Home – $17,563 (transportation vehicle)
• Washington County Homeless Project – $10,000 (winter operations)

Spring 2025 cycle awarded over $127,025 total.
