Purpose: To fund programs and services that improve the healthcare of Central Georgia community

Primary Focus Areas (Priority Consideration):

  • Cardiometabolic Health Initiatives (Diabetes, pre-diabetes, heart disease & stroke)

  • Maternal & Children's Health

  • Access to Healthcare
  • Note: Although these are the primary focus areas for grant making, requests working to improve the healthcare of the Central Georgia community will be considered.

    #### Letter of Intent (Required for requests $25,000+)

  • Deadline for LOI: April 15 - May 15, 2026

  • For applicants with anticipated request of $25,000 or more

  • After preliminary review, applicants will be notified whether:

  • - NHF welcomes a full application by August 1st, OR
    - NHF declines further consideration of your request
