Geographic Scope: Seven counties in western Colorado

Overview:
Grants to support concrete action steps addressing hunger relief and community food projects. In 2018, $100,000 was awarded to 18 organizations across western Colorado including food banks, community gardens, mobile pantries, and food assistance programs for vulnerable populations.
