Geographic Scope: Town of Mammoth Lakes city limits only

Focus Areas:

• Rehabilitation of residential units
• ADA upgrades
• Weatherization improvements
• Code compliance and health/safety improvements

Eligibility:

• Owner-occupants and investors may be eligible
• Senior homeowners (62+)
• Households earning less than 50% of Area Median Income (AMI) - owner-occupants must income qualify
• For investor properties: tenants must income qualify

Program Features:

• Limited number of $10,000 grants available for seniors (62+), ADA needs, or those earning less than 50% AMI
• 0% interest loans available
• Owner-occupant loans: Deferred until participant sells or transfers title or discontinues residence
• Investor loans: 0% interest with immediate payment requirements
• Investor properties require Rent Limitation Agreement for tenants
