The purpose of this RFGA is to solicit Applications for the Community and Faith-Based Infant and Maternal Health Support Services Program. This funding opportunity focuses on expanding access for community and faith-based organizations to implement community-level projects that improve infant and maternal health outcomes. These funds aim to strengthen the unique work of community and faith-based organizations as trusted partners of Ohio’s pregnant women and families of infants (up to 12 months of age).

The State will hold a virtual pre-Application conference on September 4, 2025, from 9:00 – 10:00 A.M. Columbus, Ohio local time. The purpose of this conference is to discuss the RFGA and the Grant Requirements and Deliverables with prospective Applicants and to allow them to ask questions arising from their initial review of this RFGA.

Attendance at the pre-Application conference is not a prerequisite to submitting an Application.
