Common Cents Scholarship The Common Cents Scholarship provides up to two $3,000 scholarships to students who have participated in the Dallas ISD Common Cents philanthropy program. Scholarships may be used for tuition, books, and fees for any field of student at an accredited 2-year or 4-year college, university, trade, or vocational school in the U.S.
