Commercial Real Estate Fellows Program (CREATE Fellows Online)
Program Type: Educational training and career development program for students interested in commercial real estate
Geographic Scope: San Francisco Bay Area; serves students from 2 and 4-year educational institutions in the region
Overview: CREATE's signature program is a 16-module, 32-hour Fellows curriculum facilitated by industry subject matter experts. Student Fellows learn the fundamentals of commercial real estate and explore career opportunities in the industry.

Curriculum Topics
- Currently enrolled in 2 or 4-year educational institutions

- Commitment to attending all sessions for the full academic semester

Application Process for CREATE Fellows Online Spring 2026
Application Timeline:
1. Info Session Attendance (Required) - Select one session:
- Sept. 23, Sept. 30, Oct. 7, Oct. 14, Oct. 21, Oct. 28, Nov. 4, or Nov. 11
- Format: Zoom, 5-6 pm
- Can be selected during application or requested via email to info@createworkforce.org
2. Application Submission - Sept. 10 - Oct. 31, 2025 (Extended to Nov. 11, 2025)
- Complete online application beginning Sept. 10
3. Group Interview (Required) - Select one session:
- Oct. 28, Nov. 4, or Nov. 11
- Format: Zoom, 4-5 pm
- Sign up after submitting application and attending an info session
4. Cohort Announcement - Dec. 9, 2025
