Before Applying with SfN:
1. Submit an abstract for the CNS Annual Meeting by the end of their submission period (Friday, May 15)
2. Register for the CNS Annual Meeting
Application Materials (submit by May 22, 2026):
1. One-page curriculum vitae (CV) including:
- Country of residency
- Education (including date of achieving PhD candidacy or start of postdoctoral work)
- Honors and awards
- Publications
2. One letter of recommendation from an academic adviser
3. Essay on career goals, planned research, and the value of attending the CNS Annual Meeting (up to 500 words)
4. Copy of the proposed abstract that has been submitted to the CNS Annual Meeting
