  • Impacts of climate change (disasters, refugee crises) that reduce capacity or political will
  • Cuts to innovation funding for clean technologies
  • Political polarization of climate action

Increasing Public Understanding of Emergency Climate Interventions

• Scientific research and public engagement on emergency climate interventions
• Sunlight Reflection Methods (SRM) research
• Approaches to stabilize Antarctic glaciers or sea ice
• Work in the Global South to ensure diverse expertise

Eligibility:

• High-impact organizations and projects
• Fiscally sponsored projects and international charitable organizations
• Invitation-only application process

What They Fund:

• General operating support
• Project-specific funding
• Multi-year grants
• Organizations, researchers, and initiatives aligned with funding priorities

What They Don't Fund:

• Deployment or advocacy for deployment of emergency climate interventions

2. Request to meet at conferences - reach out to program officer via email or conference app

• Existing materials preferred over customized submissions
• If your work aligns with priorities, may be invited to apply
