Program Description:
Brings together local leaders from all walks of life and all corners of Vermont to build peer connections, strengthen leadership skills, and receive support in developing a local climate economy project or initiative.

Program Structure:

Duration: 12 months (e.g., November 2022 through October 2023)

Format: Primarily online via Zoom with possibility of occasional in-person sessions

Core component: 12 monthly 90-minute online gatherings

Sessions include:

- Leadership and project development training
- Group connection and collaboration exercises
- Guest speaker sessions
- Breakout groups for cohort connection

Optional one-on-one check-ins with program staff

Eligibility:

Local leaders interested in developing climate economy projects or initiatives

Applicants should outline a potential or in-progress project when applying
