Program Description:
Brings together local leaders from all walks of life and all corners of Vermont to build peer connections, strengthen leadership skills, and receive support in developing a local climate economy project or initiative.

Program Structure:

• Duration: 12 months (e.g., November 2022 through October 2023)
• Format: Primarily online via Zoom with possibility of occasional in-person sessions
• Core component: 12 monthly 90-minute online gatherings
• Sessions include:
  • Leadership and project development training
  • Group connection and collaboration exercises
  • Guest speaker sessions
  • Breakout groups for cohort connection
• Optional one-on-one check-ins with program staff

Eligibility:

• Local leaders interested in developing climate economy projects or initiatives
• Applicants should outline a potential or in-progress project when applying
