Overview
CLIMATE and ENVIRONMENT – Enhancement Development, Design, and Implementation Block Grant
Supports project development, preliminary (30%) engineering design, final (100%) engineering design, and/or implementation of clean water projects throughout Vermont. Eligible projects must be non-regulatory and must achieve at least one (1) of the five (5) statutorily-defined goals of the Enhancement grant program, which include: 1. Protect high quality waters; 2. Maintain or improve water quality; 3. Restore degraded or stressed waters; 4. Create resilient watersheds and communities; and/or 5. Support the public’s use and enjoyment of the State’s waters.
