Claud Kemp was a long time teacher and principal at Velpen School in Velpen, IN. This scholarship is dedicated to Mr. Kemp and his enthusiasm for education. Award Amount $1,060 Renewal Details May be renewable for a second year provided student continues to attend a 4-year college or university in Indiana.  Renewal award amounts may differ from the original award.
