Classroom Mini-Grant Program
Overview: The SC Farm Bureau Young Farmer & Rancher program offers a Learn-to-Farm classroom mini-grant program for teachers in public and private schools.
Geographic Scope: South Carolina (statewide, with 4 grants distributed across 4 SCFB districts)
Eligibility:
Award: $500 mini-grant per school
Distribution: $500 mini-grant to one school in each of the four South Carolina Farm Bureau districts
Focus Areas: Production agriculture crops and/or activities related to successfully growing and producing food or fiber
Project Format: Both in-person and virtual projects are accepted

Application Requirements
1. Project Design: Teachers must design a project that includes:
- Production agriculture crops and/or
- Activities related to successfully growing and producing food or fiber
2. Format: Both in-person and virtual projects are accepted

- Four grants available annually
- One grant per South Carolina Farm Bureau district
- Teachers must qualify through an application process
