Program Overview: The City of San José's Department of Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Services Citywide Scholarship Program provides access to Happy Hollow Park & Zoo programs at reduced rates for eligible residents in financial need.

How to Apply
1. In-Person Application: Submit completed application at Happy Hollow Park & Zoo Guest Services office (located near the entrance)
2. Alternative: Submit to any San José Community Center
3. Online Resources: Visit sanjoseca.gov/scholarships for more information
4. Required Documentation: Updated eligibility documents (proof of residency, income verification, special needs documentation as applicable)
5. Approval Timeline: Subject to available funding and staff review
6. Annual Renewal: Must submit new application each year starting January 1 with current eligibility documents
