Overview
Chesterfield County, Virginia's Department of Community Enhancement is accepting applications for FY28 (July 1, 2027-June 30, 2028) funding from HUD Community Development Block Grant and HOME Investment Partnerships funds plus county general funds set aside for housing. Applications are due by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, December 15, 2026.
Projects must align with the county's FY2026-2030 Consolidated Plan. Funding is cost-reimbursement and performance based, the county does not fund 100% of any project, and committed leverage is required.
