Chelan County Fire District #1 Volunteer Association Scholarship Grant

Chelan County Fire District #1 Volunteer Association Scholarship
The Chelan County Fire District #1 Volunteer Association Scholarship was established in 1993. This scholarship was created thanks to the aggressive fund raising activities of the Chelan County Fire District #1 Volunteers who had a desire to provide scholarships in perpetuity for members, or relatives of members of the Association. Each year, the committee seeks to award students who demonstrate scholastic or technical ability.

Eligibility

Be a member or retired member in good standing of the department or association for at least one year, OR be a spouse, child or grandchild of a qualified member
Be enrolled in any post secondary training program at an accredited institution
Demonstrate scholastic and/or technical ability
Renewal is possible for recipients; must reapply and compete with new applicants
