Charles Hall & Beatrice Joy Kolar Scholarship Fund Grant

The Charles Hall & Beatrice Joy Kolar Scholarship Fund, managed by the Crown Point Community Foundation, supports local students pursuing education in the trade industry. This fund provides financial assistance to graduating high school seniors, college students, and adult learners, focusing on those with greater financial need. Scholarships are non-renewable and are awarded based on specific criteria set by donors to enhance educational opportunities in South Lake County.

Note: Students will only need to submit one application that will be used to determine their eligibility for over 100 scholarships.

Scholarships
The Crown Point Community Foundation is the financial administrator of over 80 scholarship funds created by generous community donors. Scholarship criteria is chosen by the donor. The scholarship committee reviews all submitted applications and makes recommendations based on the criteria of each scholarship.

Eligibility

For: Graduating High School Seniors College Students Adult LearnersCriteria: Crown Point resident; graduating high school or nontraditional / adult learner; pursuing a certificate or degree at an accredited educational institution to advance their knowledge and skills in the trade industry;
