Celia C. Newcomb Memorial Scholarship Grant

The Celia C. Newcomb Memorial Scholarship, managed by the Crown Point Community Foundation, aims to enrich the lives of South Lake County residents. This scholarship supports Lake County, IN residents pursuing degrees in Education, including high school graduates and adult learners. Applicants must provide an additional essay and meet specific eligibility criteria. It embodies the foundation's mission to address community needs through charitable giving.

Note: Students will only need to submit one application that will be used to determine their eligibility for over 100 scholarships.

Scholarships
The Crown Point Community Foundation is the financial administrator of over 80 scholarship funds created by generous community donors. Scholarship criteria is chosen by the donor. The scholarship committee reviews all submitted applications and makes recommendations based on the criteria of each scholarship.

Criteria: Lake County, IN resident; Graduating High School Student, Current College Student, or Nontradtional / Adult Learner; Pursuing a degree in Education; additional essay required
