    Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be under the age of 23
  • Must be dependents of full-time paid employees with full benefits of a cooperating coalition institution

    Enrollment Requirements

  • Full-time enrollment each fall and spring semester
  • Must be residents in university-managed residence facilities
  • Must be on full board from dining services
  • Must file FAFSA each year

    Renewal Requirements

  • Recipients must submit before May 1 of each academic year a continued eligibility form confirming their parent/guardian continues to be a full-time paid employee with benefits at the participating institution

    Special Rules

  • Students may only receive the Tuition Exchange for a total of eight (8) semesters on the condition that at least one parent remains employed full time at the cooperating institution
