Overview
The CAWV Scholarship is available to West Virginia resident sophomores, juniors and seniors enrolled in civil engineering or a construction-related four-year degree program in a West Virginia college or university.

Evaluation Criteria
Scholarship recipients are selected on the basis of:
- Academic performance
- Extra-curricular activities
- Employment experience
- Financial need
- Demonstrated interest in a construction industry career
- Personal interview with the CAWV Scholarship Board (finalists selected in March)

- Career goals
- Submission: All materials must be received by the deadline indicated on the application
- Selection Timeline: Finalists are selected in March and will be scheduled for a personal interview with the CAWV Scholarship Board at CAWV headquarters in Charleston
