Cathy E. Johnston Memorial Scholarship

Purpose: Established to honor the enduring legacy of Cathy E. Johnston, who served as one of the Defense Intelligence Community's most respected leaders for more than 33 years. The scholarship seeks to develop future national-security leaders who embody the qualities that defined Cathy's life and service.
