About Catalyze Since 2021, Catalyze has awarded more than $14 million to 60+ organizations through national and regional challenges. The Catalyze community includes innovators who are piloting and scaling solutions that provide young people with career-connected learning opportunities on the pathway to fulfilling careers. Catalyze grantees are actively impacting more than 65,000 learners across the United States. Are you ready to join a community of organizations changing the field of career-connected learning? About Round Four of the Catalyze Challenge Round 5 of the Catalyze Challenge is investing over $4 million in bold, early-stage innovations that expand career-connected learning for young people. Bring your great idea, and we’ll help you refine and incubate it. Finalists will receive up to $300,000 to bring their vision to life. Theme One: Career Exploration for Young Adolescents Empowering middle and high school students to discover interests, build agency, and imagine their futures through hands-on, student-driven experiences. Theme Two: Meaningful Work-Based Learning through Employer Partnerships Connecting learners with employer co-designed opportunities that build technical and professional skills aligned with today’s workforce needs.Eligibility
