Overview
Children First Education Fund (CFEF), Utah's first nonprofit scholarship-granting organization, administers the Carson Smith Opportunity Scholarship (CSOS) under contract with the State of Utah, awarding scholarships to eligible students with disabilities for private school, homeschool, or approved therapies and educational services.
