Carol Ann and Ralph V. Haile, Jr. Foundation The Carol Ann and Ralph V. Haile, Jr. Foundation is an independent family foundation dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for residents in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. We are concentrating our efforts and resources in areas about which Carol and Ralph were most passionate: Arts and Culture, Civic and Community, Education, and Human Services. Our work is intended to have the greatest impact possible as we, in collaboration with our region’s stakeholders, help lead the way to a stronger and more vibrant community. Carol Ann and Ralph V. Haile Jr. Scholarship Program The Carol Ann and Ralph V. Haile Jr. Foundation, in partnership with UNCF created the Carol Ann and Ralph V. Haile Jr. Scholarship Program to assist students attending a UNCF member institution, other Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU), or any accredited, four-year institution. This is a merit-based renewable scholarship.Eligibility

To apply you must reside or be a permanent resident in the following geographic locations: Boone County, Kentucky; Campbell County, Kentucky; Kenton County, Kentucky; Brown County, Ohio; Butler County, Ohio; Clermont County, Ohio; Hamilton County, Ohio; Warren County, Ohio; Dearborn County, Indiana; and Franklin County, Indiana.Applicants must possess a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.Eligibility requirements for renewal are as follows: Continue to be enrolled full-time at a UNCF member institution, other HBCU, or an accredited four-year institution in good personal and academic standingMaintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale.Focus Areas & Funding Uses
