Carl Zeiss Meditec: Education Grants

Carl Zeiss Meditec offers education grants aimed at supporting U.S.-based healthcare institutions, medical societies, and academic centers in enhancing medical education. These grants are designed to align with educational plans and demonstrate financial need. Applications must be submitted at least 90 days in advance, and the grants support innovative programs in various medical fields, particularly in ophthalmology, ensuring healthcare professionals can improve patient care through advanced training and resources.

NOTE: Requests must be submitted 90 days or more in advance of a program, event, or proposed study timelines. If you do not meet this requirement, your request will automatically be declined. The Grants Committee meets twice a month to review all grant / charitable donation applications.

Eligibility

U.S.-based healthcare institutions, medical societies, national associations, academic medical centers and health care providers (HCPs) acting on behalf of U.S. health care institutions who are interested in requesting funding should request an application.Specify that you are requesting an educational grant either in the form of an equipment loan, or monetaryInclude description of the conference or educational program or publication (include type of activity; activity scope; educational learning objectives, attendee recruitment and activity awareness plan

Ineligibility

ZEISS sales/marketing personnel are not to be involved in the grant/donation process.
