Care Packages Program
Purpose: Support In a Box - Provide love and support to sarcoma patients and survivors
- Residency/Treatment: Must reside and/or be in treatment within the Pacific Northwest region
- Status: Currently in treatment OR survivors of sarcoma
- Application: Must be submitted by a confirmed medical professional
Eligibility
- Recipients can be identified by medical professionals
- The Foundation has an Amazon Wishlist that supporters can use to shop for care packages
- Supporters are invited to contribute to the program
