    Geographic Scope: International

    Focus Areas: Rare and aggressive pediatric brain tumors:

  • ETMR (Embryonal Tumor with Multilayered Rosettes): Predominantly affects children under 4 years old; 5-year survival rate of only 10-30% despite intensive therapies; therapy-resistant and prone to rapid relapse

  • ATRT (Atypical Teratoid/Rhabdoid Tumor): Rare and aggressive brain tumor primarily affecting children under 3 years old; 5-year survival rate around 30% despite intensive treatment; defined by specific genetic alterations and prone to rapid recurrence
  • Award Details:
