Overview

Capital Improvements for District 3 Intergenerational Recreational Facilities RFP The purpose of this RFP is to fund capital improvements to existing recreational facilities in San Francisco Supervisorial District 3 that serve multiple generations of San Franciscans. MOHCD will award funding to the highest-scoring proposals (based on average score) until all available funds are exhausted. Due to limited funds, the department anticipates awarding one grant proposal in San Francisco Supervisorial District 3 through this RFP. If there are additional funds available after the highest scoring proposal is funded, funds will continue to be awarded to the next highest scoring proposals until funds are exhausted. Final grant terms and conditions are subject to approval by MOHCD. The maximum allowable grant award through this RFP is $500,000. All grant awards will be issued as a one-time allocation under an initial two-year grant agreement, covering as early as the period from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027.
