Camp Midicha First Time Camper Grant
Funder: Diabetes Solutions (MI, US)
Purpose: Assist first-time campers who do not have the financial resources to attend Camp Midicha overnight camp.
Geographic Scope: Michigan
Award Amount: Up to $400 per camper
- First-time Camp Midicha overnight camper (campers who previously attended Camp Midicha daycamp are eligible)
- Have a diagnosis of Type 1 diabetes
- Camper age: Going into 3rd grade through 17 years old
Eligibility
- Grant money is submitted directly to the American Diabetes Association Camp Midicha and applied to the camper's account
- Applicants must also register for Camp Midicha directly through the American Diabetes Association in order to attend camp

Application Process
1. Complete the Camp Midicha First Time Camper Grant application (available on their website)
2. MUST also register for Camp Midicha directly through the American Diabetes Association in order to attend camp
3. Submit application to Diabetes Solutions
- Applicants are encouraged to make a contribution to Diabetes Solutions if able to help support their efforts
- 2026 registration is currently open
