Community Foundation of North Central Washington The Community Foundation of NCW is a tax-exempt philanthropic organization that helps individuals, families, businesses, and agencies support charitable causes throughout Chelan, Douglas, and Okanogan counties. Camp Fire NCW Scholarship Camp Fire North Central Washington Council has served youth since opening in 1912, making the organization one of the most successful and deeply rooted youth-development organizations in our community. This scholarship supports students who have been involved with Camp Fire NCW for a minimum of two years and is currently active with the Council in some capacity.
