California Dream Fund Micro-Grants

Program Overview: The Fresno Metro Black Chamber of Commerce received $1,000,000 in funding as part of the $35,000,000 California Dream Fund program to provide micro-grants to seed entrepreneurship and small business creation in underserved small business groups facing capital and opportunity gaps.

Geographic Scope: Central California, administered through FMBCC

Eligibility Requirements:

• Business established after July 1, 2019
• Meet definition of new business start-up
• Completed defined small business/entrepreneurship curriculum
• Received one-on-one counseling with FMBCC
• Participating in intensive training and counseling with FMBCC
