Overview

The Cartography and Geographic Information Society (CaGIS) is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for the Society’s annual scholarship awards. These scholarships recognize academic achievement and support the continued success of outstanding students in cartography and geographic information science. They also recognize achievement—or strong potential for achievement—in original research that advances the disciplines of cartography and/or geographic information science. CaGIS will award up to three Master’s Scholarships ($400 each) and up to five Doctoral Scholarships ($1,000 each) to outstanding applicants.
