Mission: Advance C4IP's mission to provide lawmakers data-driven recommendations to inform IP policy

Award Details

• Maximum Award: Up to $25,000 per selected lead researcher
• Purpose: Support research projects resulting in final written works
• Application Process: Rolling basis, reviewed by C4IP and its Board

• Applicant Status: Full-time assistants, associates, or professors at time of application submission
• Institution Types: Universities, degree-granting research institutions, or law schools

Focus Areas & Suggested Topics

Grant proposals should focus on contemporary IP policy debates. Suggested topics include, but are not limited to:
• Impact of patent eligibility Supreme Court cases on domestic innovation
• Estimates of counterfeit goods sold by third-party sellers on e-commerce platforms
• Effect of injunction jurisprudence on the U.S. patent system
