  • Background: The Bridgeton Landfill Community Project Fund is the result of a settlement reached between the State of Missouri and Bridgeton Landfill, LLC, Allied Services, LLC, and Republic Services, Inc. on June 29, 2018. Among the terms of the Consent Judgment is the creation of this fund.

    Purpose: To contribute to the betterment of the environment, public health and safety, and the welfare of the people in the communities near the Bridgeton Landfill.
