Overview
The Blue Mountain Community Foundation offers the Walla Walla-Columbia Retirees Scholarship to support students from Walla Walla and Columbia counties pursuing a degree in Education. Established in 1989, this scholarship is aimed at graduates who are currently engaged in their student teaching experience.
Since 1984, BMCF has received and grown assets to exceed $115 million in more than 440 charitable funds which benefit the entire community!
In 1989, the Walla Walla-Columbia School Retirees Association established this scholarship fund to benefit students in Walla Walla and Columbia counties pursing a degree in Education. The Scholarship supports students who are currently completing their student teaching experience.

Graduates of a high school in Walla Walla or Columbia counties pursuing a teaching certificate. Must be student teaching in the upcoming school year.
