Blue Horizon Health Fund The Blue Horizon Health Fund supports individuals by paying for medical expenses including: therapeutic, chiropractic, naturopathic and surgical care and treatment of indigent, sick and helpless persons regardless of race, color or creed who reside in the towns of North Canaan, Canaan (Falls Village), Cornwall, Goshen, Kent, Norfolk, Sharon, Salisbury/Lakeville and Warren.
