Bloodstock® Scholarship Program

Overview: Host a Bloodstock Scholarship Blood Drive to earn scholarship funds and help save lives in your community. Participating hosts receive $10 toward college scholarship for every successful blood donation.

Geographic Scope: New York and New Jersey area

Focus Areas: Blood donation advocacy through organizing community blood drives

Award Structure:

  • $10 per successful blood donation (up to $1,000 maximum)

  • Minimum of 30 completed blood donations required to qualify for scholarship funds

  • Blood drive hosts who do not meet minimum requirements receive $50 electronic gift card
  • Eligibility: Students (appears to be high school and college students based on context)

    Program Periods:

  • Winter: December 19 – January 31

  • Summer: June 20 – Labor Day
  • Award Distribution: Scholarship checks are made payable directly to the accredited college or university designated by the student. Checks are processed within 60 days of completion of successful blood drive.

    Application Process

    Steps:
    1. Email your name, phone number, and zip code to [email protected] with "Bloodstock" in the subject line
    2. Host a Bloodstock Scholarship Blood Drive during eligible time periods (December 19 – January 31 or June 20 – Labor Day)
    3. Achieve minimum of 30 completed blood donations
    4. Complete scholarship form upon completion of successful blood drive
    5. Scholarship checks processed within 60 days

    Requirements:

  • Minimum 30 completed blood donations to qualify for scholarship funds

  • Blood drive must be hosted during designated time periods

  • Completed scholarship form required
  • Note: Lost or uncashed checks will not be replaced.
